I'm a keen hobbiest / ameture photographer from the Canberra area, with a side interest in filming - I'm currently studying media. I am looking to get into photography & filming/video prodction as a freelance career, so I am looking to see if there is anyone who may be interested to help me get a professional portfolio for either, or both.
I am also happy to be a casual or one-off assistant photographer / video camera person to any pro photographers / videographers out there in the canberra / queanbeyan area.
For Photography, I would primarily use natural lighting, inside or outside, but I may be able to have lend of a small basic studio, with basic 2-point lighting, if given enough notice.
You will need to do your own hair and makeup. For most you will need your own outfits - as I may only be able to provide a few outfits (goth/ renaciance style) for females of my own slim size.
Just let me know the sort of looks / styles you would like. You will need to have 3-5 different outfits, of any style you wish.

- Models (new / ameture) (No nudes!)
- Charities
- **Events (Birthdays / Concerts / Gigs / Weddings / Other)

I am happy to do most for TFCD / DVD - (Time for CD / DVD) (which I will provide the cd / dvd free) (+ $10 transport costs) + ***.
For TFCD / DVD You will get : 8-15 full size images (per hour)
Your Usage - Portfolio to promote yourself (eg. on your website, composite cards)
- Send to friends
- Put on your Website / Facebook / Myspace / other such sites
Other - You must give my name (handle) as the photographer, with a link to my photo website.
- If you use it on any website, as a model / band / event, let me know the address, so I can put the link on my site, as part of my portfolio & to help promote you.
***If you would like (at the time, or in the future) to use any of the photos in a commercial promoting sense - ie. to directly make money, eg. selling prints, put on album cover, etc. there would be a small fee - which we can disscuss, dependant on usage

Film / Video: I am happy to help with filming for Low / No Budget Films / Short Films / Music Videos / Events in the Canberra / Queanbeya area, for cheap drink & of course a credit & to use as show real for portfolio.
- I can do some videography, photography
- Help with ideas or whatever else
- Help with basic design
- Directing / Assistant Directing
- I'm not good with video editing
- Depending on the character, I may be interested in a small acting role if needed.
I use a small, basic HD DVC & a semi-pro mic.
