Singer looking to start soul, jazz, hip-hop beats inspired band

Hi I'm keen on starting a band with trip-hop, hip-hop and electro beats (any drummers out there into these styles?) with soul, jazz vocals.  Interested in heaps of music - but not looking to form a rock band.

I don't have songs at the moment, so I'm looking to find people to jam with and to create with.

I'm a 27 yr old female and also play keys.
