Register your interest in the new bilingual (Mandarin/English) childcare centre at the University of Canberra which ALMA (The Association for Learning Mandarin in Australia Inc) is planning to open in mid-2010.

What are the advantages for your child?
Enrolling your child in this quality bilingual Mandarin/English childcare centre will give them an excellent foundation in Mandarin Chinese, a language which will become increasingly important in the 21st century.
Research indicates that learning two languages at a young age benefits children’s cognitive, cultural and general language development, including English language and literacy. It will also assist the learning further languages later in life.
