This National Electrical Contracting business has developed a reputation for excellence in their commercial construction and client services businesses throughout Australia. They are a privately owned leading organisation providing electrical, data and fibre optic cabling solutions throughout Australia. They?ve been in business since 1968 and have over 300 staff members nationally.

Currently they have a requirement for an Electrical Estimator to help themuild a nationally backed business in the Canberra market. They have recently acquired high profile projects and are in rapid expansion phase within Canberra and NSW currently.
/o:p>
Within this role you will be supported by a Branch Manager, General Manager and the organisations large estimating branch in Sydney. You will be provided with 6 weeks estimating training with the successful branch in Sydney followed by ongoing support in your role in Canberra.

Duties will include:

- Developing and submitting tenders in a team environment
- Assessing project costs and subcontract conditions
- Producing electrical estimates for commercial and fit out projects
- Being the face of your business and developing client relationships
The ideal applicant will have an electrical trade background and at least years experience as an Electrical Estimator. You should also have a knowledge of estimating computer programs and have previous experience in electrical estimating for commercial projects such as new build?s and fitouts.
