With a national presence working with blue-chip institutional investors this major contractor has a strong track record delivering large Commercial and Retail Design & Construct projects. With demand continuing to grow an exciting role has arisen for an accomplished SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to oversee the detailed design and delivery phases of 2-3 projects each with onsite Project Managers and delivery teams.
 
With an impeccable reputation for quality this major contractor continues to set industry benchmarks in the Design and Construct of large Retail, Commercial and Industrial projects. The secret of their success comes from a real understanding of their clients need to guarantee a level of quality and completion date as well as their ability to add value to the process. This is achieved through a commitment to an internal culture of genuine empowerment of its staff providing opportunities for career growth and development.
 
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will initially take full responsibility for these and future projects including managing the client relationship, tender programming, overseeing and controlling the design team through detailed design onto site as well as all aspects of delivery. You will be given the opportunity to prove yourself with the very real possibility to move into a more senior management role.
 
As well as a solid technical background and experience delivering medium to large projects it is essential that you have natural leadership qualities and the capability to thrive in a team environment.
 
On offer for the successful candidate is a very attractive remuneration package of approximately $180k-220k commensurate with experience and a fast-tracked opportunity to advance your career within a growing organisation.
