Business Manager - Canberra
Our client is seeking to appoint a Business Manager who is able to provide strong leadership to their Canberra Team. You will be working for an Occupational Rehabilitation Provider who pride themselves on providing a holistic approach to managing workplace health solutions through innovation and tailored programs.
To be successful in this position you will have:
· Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Business Administration
· Understanding of Occupational Rehabilitation services or WorkCover experience.
· Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills
· Experience with staff management, recruitment and retention
· Experience in selling professional services such as consulting or advisory services is highly desirable
· Demonstrated capacity for overall management of budgets and financial projections
· Demonstrated track record in achieving business targets
· Customer relationship management and business development skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
