Team Leader - Occupational Rehabilitation

Our client is seeking to appoint a Manager who is able to provide strong leadership to a Team of Health Professionals.  You will be working for a National Rehabilitation Provider who pride themselves on providing a holistic approach to managing workplace health solutions through innovation and tailored programs.

To be successful in this position you will have:

•Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology with ideally 2+ years OR experience
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills
• Experience with staff management, recruitment and retention
• Demonstrated capacity for overall management of budgets and financial projections
• Customer relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work permanently in Australia
