Traineeship available for an enthusiastic, energetic person who would like a career in all areas of property management within a small and friendly work environment.  Position would suit someone wanting to reenter the workforce, or a mature school leaver.  Some experience in reception and hotel/motel work would be an advantage but we are happy to train.  Hours would be 9.30 to 3.00pm.  Quarterly incentive payment for the right person.
 
Duties include:
 
Room preparation, some housekeeping tasks; keeping track of and ordering consumables; liaising with casual contractors; answering phones and giving information to clients; general offce duties.  Additional off the job training eg. MYOB etc. offered to the right person.  Vehicle provided during working hours.
