4GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm for XPS M1730 - I installed 2 2gb Dimms of Kingston RAM, but only 3.2gb is showing up - I've heard this is an artifact of Vista.
I'll also include the original 2 Dimms of 1gb Dell RAM .
