Eight-core workstation for CAD, Scientific Analysis, Animation / Rendering, Graphic Design or just as a personal powerhouse.

It features:
MSI Speedster K9ND-WA6 Workstation motherboard, upgraded to 8mb BIOS,
2 x 2.4Ghz Opteron Quad core (2358 Barcelona),
8gb Registered ECC RAM (4 x 2gb PC5300),
500gb Hard Disk,
Quadro FX1500 Professional Nvidia Graphics Card,
Antec Sonata III case,

- No operating system currently installed, although the latest version of Ubuntu, Fedora or Solaris can be installed as requested for no extra charge
- No keyboard or mouse is included
- I can add a Sony G520 21-inch Professional Studio CRT, capable of resolutions of up to 2048 x 1536 / 75 Hz, for an additional $100

This machine runs beautifully. It is brand new and has only been in operation for less than two weeks - updated work requirements have deemed this to be overkill for my new tasks.
