Looking for a couple or single person to share a beautiful home in the inner-north, Canberra.  Easy walking or bicycling distance to ANU, CSIRO and the city centre.  You would have your own bathroom and large bedroom with built-in wardrobe and garden views.  The room can be furnished or unfurnished.  Newly remodeled kitchen, large common living and dining area with fireplace, big picture windows and hardwood floors. You would be sharing the house with an easy-going, tidy, environmentally minded, friendly couple who enjoy growing vegetables in the garden and spending as much time outdoors as possible. 

Rent is 280 a week for a couple or 250 per week for a single person, plus equal share of utilities.  Bond is four weeks rent.  Available from December.   If you need to move in sooner, we have a spare room and could make temporary arrangements until the larger bedroom is available.

Sorry, no pets allowed (except fish or lizards).
