Two twenty-something girls and two boy cats looking for third person to share their house in Red Hill.
 
The room: Decently sized with a couple of shelves on the wall but no built-in wardrobe. Faux-timber floors, one curtained window. Share bathroom with one other.
 
The house: Red Hill, a couple of streets from the shops and close bus stops with routes to Woden, Kingston/Manuka and the city. Three bedrooms with an open living area, garage (with storage space), off-street parking, a nice garden and a fledgling veggie patch.
 
The rules: Split cleaning and water/gas/electricity bills three-ways, internet and telephone available if you need it. Share meals and a glass of wine if you like. Not a party-every-night household, but not a retire-early-to-the-bedroom-to-spend-the-evening-perusing-accounting-journals-from-the-1890s household either.
 
You: Someone who wants a home rather than just a place to keep your stuff. Twenty-something or young at heart. Gets on with cats. Stable income, able to be appraised by the mad estate agent and put on the 12-month lease. Bonus points if you have a fridge!
