There are front and back verandahs, a pagola, an aviary, beautiful gardens, large living areas, great kitchen with Miele appliances, and the house is fully furnished with a powerful heating/cooling system.
The other housemates are awesome people, aged 20 (two boys, one girl).
The room is available from Monday 25th August until the 6th of December.
The bond is $500 (which you get back) and the rent is $160 per week.
