Looking for an easy going, clean and tidy, quiet, friendly and considerate professional aged 22-32 to share with easy-going 28yo male. No smokers please.
 
4 weeks rent will be required as bond. Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. The only bill required to pay is half the electricity bill. Phone/internet are also split if you wish to use.
