Flat is a recently renovated top floor flat, 2 large bedrooms, large open living space kitchen, sunny balcony, 1 bathroom / laundry and parking. Room available from early July onwards. Rent $170 p/w. Flat is off Jerrabomberra Ave, opposite a bus stop, near train station and fresh food markets. Kingston & Manuka cafes / shops short bike ride away.
