This a room or two in a brand new four bedroom house in Redbank Plains. Brand new housing estate. Good sized yard, fans in all rooms and built-ins, air conditioner in main living area, dishwasher.  Your room has internet access. I am the  first tenant in this new house.  Situated at the end of a Cresent next to a wet land so lots of frogs lol. Really quiet with only one neighbour as we are at the end of the street - bush land is our neighbour so nice views and a great breeze.  All amenities are available with two bathrooms. Share fridge, washing machine, iron etc so you wont need anything but bed and own clothing.  I am a non smoking, single mum with a 5 year old boy so very kid friendly house.  House neat and tidy.  I have a mature chocolate labrador although more pets would not be very suitable.  Looking for a mature minded, responsible, trustworthy single mum or female tenant.  Preferably working or studying.
