I am a single 48 yr old female, fully employed, great references with a gorgeous well behaved border collie seeking a 2/3 bedroom house with a small garden.  Currently paying $400 per week which is way too much for a girl on her own.  Rentals in Canberra are out of control I have to say. 
I am looking for something long term, my dog and I both have great references:-)  Can afford up to $350. 
A good tenant is worth gold and I am GREAT tenant.
