Not sure ???? Thinking about it ???? Dont know how to go about it ???? All start's to become a bit to hard ????.
You see the stories on TT, ACA, ABC , CBS, Sixty Minuites, You can buy houses for $1.00 $1000 etc.
And you can. But I don't. I spend a couple of grand more and get better houses.
And now I see flocks of people flying to New Zealand to buy there $150,000 investment houses that may return $700-$800 a month.
Now what I am also starting to see is various oversea's investor's advertising house's for $50,000+ and I believe I see one also advertising that the return for this particular property is 800pound about $2000 AUD per month. On Australian sites. Well I hate to say this but "Right" theres no way there going to get that money for that house. Now if he/she had of said $750-$850 per month I would have said thats fair. And I wouldn't be writing what I am writing now. I may have giggled at the price of $50,000. Now just to keep you interested watch this video of what we call a Diamond in the Ruff.

Now I'll let you in on a little secret I paid $2900 for this property. I closed/finished at $4067 Usd outright. This property will return once cleaned , painted , Siding on the garage around $770-825 per month. Now start to think Why Would you Want To Pay $50,000, from these oversea's investor's advertising on eBay Australia and I saw one a couple of weeks ago in the Courier Mail.
Again I don't promote myself, Well not in Australia anyway, But when I see these types of advertisment's, I want my 2 cents worth.
So what can I do for you. Firstly I send you a list of house's to look at, Then this is where we come into it. We video the houses prior to purchase We submit the bid's to purchase the house/s If we win the bid, We immediately secure the property. We do all the nesseccary paperwork ARC's, Water etc Once the closing is complete 21-30 days depends on which bank. We organise our Trade crew to make rent ready. We than Manage your property. Rent Collection, etc Just like LJ Hooker would. Again a few videos with my partner Shea Woods who looks after the US side while I am here in Australia.

This garantees you your money back from the titles office. If there is a lien , taxes owed etc This is your gold. And lastly, Just think about this. Lets say you want an Investment home, In Australia, what $400,000 , Dep down $50,000 down 20 years,??? What returning $1200-1400. Lets say you bought 4 homes in the US owing $50,000 returning $3200 per month, You do the math. I am in Australia and yes I do this from my home and from my computor and have for years. No I dont fly there everyday. To sign paper work. Its all done by email. Twice a year for holidays and the other thing that we all hate to say. But great at Tax Time.
