It is the perfect house for summer. Great entertaining space, close to all the action of festivals, not far from the beach. A ground floor apartment, recently renovated, with all the creature comforts of home. Internal Laundry, undercover parking, security entrance, recreational complex with gym, pool, spa and sauna, and there is a lovely BBQ area too.
The rent is really cheap for this area, as I have been renting off a friend and get mates rates on that. The rent also includes bills.
I have one house mate who is an engineer, he is really cool, cleans up after himself and is helpful around the house. He stays at his girlfriends place most of the time, so you'll find that the place is yours almost all of the time.
It is really close to central station, all the cool restaurants and bars on Crown street, and there is a bus that goes to the City, Bondi and Newtown from right outside the front.
